Product overiew :

  • It is a compound made of two sides of aluminum foil coated with special organic silicone rubber that conducts heat and electricity. The material is specifically designed for use where the strongest heat conductivity is required without the need for electrical insulation MATS. Q-Pad II is an ideal alternative to thermal grease that can get dirty easily.
  • Q-PadII is used to solve the problem of dirt caused by thermal grease in backwelding or cleaning operations, in these cases Q-PadII is superior to silicone grease, at the same time, Q-PadⅡI can also solve the short circuit or heat accumulation effect that may be caused by surface dust.​
